Holistic Workforce Development for Tomorrow’s Tech Leaders

The WJC Training Academy is more than a classroom—it’s a launchpad for emerging professionals to build meaningful careers and lives.

 

At the heart of our program is ROV Technician training, where students gain hands-on experience in underwater robotics and technical systems. This specialized training serves as a gateway to high-demand careers, not only in robotics but across skilled trades, military service, and other professional pathways.


WJC Curriculum
Our four-part curriculum is designed to equip students with the skills, certifications, and confidence to succeed in high-demand industries. Our program blends hands-on robotics instruction with real-world career preparation and personal development.

Ages: 18-24
Duration: 31 Days (Monday-Friday)
Time: 9:00am to 1:00pm CST
Total Hours: 155 hours

Applicants must meet/pass all SER Jobs qualifications (background check, drug screen, job readiness classes etc.) in a timely manner to be eligible to participate in the training. During the application process, please indicate that you are interested in the W Johnson Consulting ROV Technician Training Academy. If you successfully complete all SER requirements; you will be eligible to participate in the ROV Technician Training program.
