The Three & One Man Foundation fosters a community of aspiring leaders with a strong foundation in underwater robotics and deeper values centered around God, family, and societal impact.
Beyond technical mastery, we cultivate character, connection, and commitment—empowering young men and women to become impactful contributors to their communities with spiritual grounding and technical expertise.

To develop spiritually grounded, technically skilled leaders who embody the values of faith, family, and community. Through underwater robotics training and character development, we empower young men and women to lead lives of purpose, service, and impact.

We connect youth with experienced mentors who offer spiritual guidance, career coaching, and life support. Through one-on-one relationships and group sessions, students gain wisdom, accountability, and encouragement from leaders who reflect their values and aspirations.
We provide financial assistance to help students access technical training, certification programs, and higher education opportunities. Our scholarships are designed to remove barriers and invest in the long-term success of young leaders committed to growth and service
We offer wraparound support to help students navigate life’s challenges and stay focused on their goals. From transportation assistance, technology access, childcare coordination, meals, counseling and wellness resources, our team ensures that every participant has access to the tools and services they need to thrive.
