Ciara Campbell 

Ciara Campbell is an accomplished Human Resources executive with 15+ years of experience leading HR strategy, transformation, and compliance across fast-paced startups, public companies, and government contractors.

Most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at a robotics and SaaS firm, Ciara has led initiatives ranging from compensation planning and M&A due diligence to payroll migrations, benefits redesign, and workforce restructuring. She’s also served as the internal equity plan administrator and a member of the Compensation Committee. In her executive role, Ciara regularly presented HR strategies and workforce metrics to the Board of Directors, providing insight on people operations, talent risks, and compensation alignment.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Ciara is a board member on the Greater Houston Chamber of Commerce - Clear Lake Chapter and a member of the Houston Junior League

Jeremy Craft

Jeremy Craft is a Houston native and accomplished leader with a strong foundation in civil engineering, mentorship, and community empowerment. A graduate of North Shore Sr. High School and Prairie View A&M University, where he earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Jeremy emerged as a student leader involved in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, NSBE, ASCE, Collegiate 100, and BLACK.

Professionally, Jeremy has built an impressive engineering career, contributing to billion-dollar programs and multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects with major Houston firms. His project management experience refined his leadership and problem-solving skills, which he now applies in executive roles.

Currently, he is the COO of Black Book Houston and Founder/Executive Director of Black Book Empowerment, he champions economic mobility through business education and entrepreneurial support for Black communities.
